Cancellations
We charge by the day, billing for each day a reservation includes, with no credits or refunds for early returns. The minimum boarding fee is equivalent to three days at the reserved room rate (even if your stay is shorter).
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated boarding fees will be charged to the provided credit card upon acceptance. Remaining estimated fees are billed at check-in; upgrades and incidentals are billed at check-out.
No-shows must pay the full amount for the entire scheduled reservation.
Listed Holiday Dates: Reservations that include a Listed Holiday Date require a 75% non-refundable deposit, have a minimum fee equivalent to five days, and incur a $75 flat Holiday Fee per room (covers all cats from the same family sharing that suite and applies only if your stay includes the actual holiday date).

Our cat hotels are clean and comfortable. Every room has hospital-grade flooring and is ventilated with clean fresh air, central heating, and cooling.

Our Human-to-Cat Ratio is one great team member for every 7-10 rooms. We’re also qualified to care for cats with medical needs, and we have animal technicians and a behaviorist on staff.
We use our collective professional experience during the grooming process to adapt and modify grooming procedures prioritizing safety, temperament, and ability of the individual cat before us.
