Why Does It Cost What It Does?
Because your cat deserves more than a rush job.
We’re a premium, cat-only clinical grooming practice. Your fee reflects the expertise of a synchronized team, a trauma-informed method, and an environment built to protect feline bodies and nervous systems.
What you’re paying for: synchronized, trauma-informed care
Each groom is performed by a lead feline specialist working in the TANDEM Cat® method with a second practitioner, supported by a coordinated team for bathing, drying, handling, and flow. In a typical visit, up to five trained team members will actively care for your cat.
Training that matches the stakes
Certified TANDEM Cat® Groomer is a mastery path—not a quick online certificate. Practitioners progress through intensive supervised practice, behavioral fluency, and clinical-adjacent handling before leading complex cases. It’s the difference between “getting through it” and getting it right.
Why our environment matters
Cats hear and feel the world more intensely than we do. Traditional grooming rooms amplify sharp sounds and chaotic motion, spiking stress. Our sound-managed suites, climate control, and flow design reduce overload so cats stay regulated and receptive to gentle handling.
It’s not cosmetic—it’s care architecture that protects the relationship and the result.
We’re not a big-box chain. We’re Cats in the City.
Many cats need—and deserve—more than the status quo. If you’re looking for the highest standard of feline care, you’re in the right place. We do this work with heart, science, and pride.
