Helping you—and your cat—feel ready, safe, and supported. Not every cat has boarded before, and not every guardian feels confident preparing for it. This guide makes the whole journey—planning to pickup—grounded, clear, and kind.
Clear Policies for a Peaceful Stay
- Daily billing: Boarding is charged per day; no credits or refunds for early returns.
- Minimum fee: Equivalent to 3 days at the reserved room rate (even if your stay is shorter).
- Holiday minimum: Reservations that include a Listed Holiday Date have a minimum fee equivalent to 5 days (even if your stay is shorter).
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation acceptance (75% for reservations that include a Listed Holiday Date).
- Holiday fee: $75 flat Holiday Fee per room for reservations that include a Listed Holiday Date (covers all cats from the same family sharing that suite).
- Final billing: Remaining estimated fees at check-in; upgrades/incidentals at check-out.
- No-shows: Responsible for full payment of the scheduled reservation.
Make Drop-Off Easy (and Pick-Up Joyful)
- Pack familiar bedding or a worn T-shirt to bring your scent.
- Label medications and provide clear dosing instructions.
- Portion food if possible—consistency prevents tummy upset.
- Share behavior notes: hiding spots, comfort items, play style.
- Book early around holiday dates to secure your preferred suite.
Listed Holiday Dates (5-Day Minimum + $75 Holiday Fee per Room)
Reservations that include any of the Listed Holiday Dates below require a 75% non-refundable deposit, have a minimum fee equivalent to five days, and incur a $75 flat Holiday Fee per room (covers all cats from the same family sharing that suite). This fee applies only if your stay includes the actual holiday date.
