Use this page to guide clients into the appropriate Care Now Plan, explain the 10% Care Now Plan fee, and choose the path that creates access to Care Now Plans based on the client’s immediate ability to begin care.

TANDEM Cat® Care Plan 65
Moderate support plan for ongoing care, intermediate grooming needs, or cases needing more than a starter entry point.
TANDEM Cat® Care Plan 90
Higher-need cases requiring immediate intervention, Total Reset-level access, or more substantial care delivered before the plan is fully paid.
TANDEM Cat® Care Plan 140
Advanced or multi-session cases requiring significant care delivery upfront, greater stabilization, or higher-complexity support.
TANDEM Cat® Care Plan 170
Designed for more involved grooming cases requiring extended time, deeper coat work, or multi-phase stabilization.
TANDEM Cat® Care Plan 196
Higher-load cases with significant coat burden, behavioral sensitivity, or medical considerations requiring controlled pacing.

High-demand cases requiring extended team involvement, deeper intervention, or multiple areas of clinical grooming support.

Maximum-support tier for complex, multi-system cases requiring intensive care delivery, extended time, and full team coordination.

“We do have a Care Now Plan if spreading this out would help you move forward with care now. It includes a 10% service fee and allows us to begin care immediately while you pay over time in a structured way.”
- Present only when care delay would create burden or access friction.
- Frame it as structured access, not financing.
- Match the plan to the actual level of care being offered.
- Do not apologize for the fee. State it clearly and calmly.
When to Offer It
- Total Reset or higher-need grooming cases
- Clients who want to begin care now but need structured payment
- Cats whose condition makes delay clinically or behaviorally costly
- Clients unlikely to use third-party financing but motivated to proceed
When Not to Offer It
- Small, low-ticket services that do not justify administration
- Clients seeking price negotiation rather than real access support
- Situations where team confidence in follow-through is low
- Any case where standard payment is clearly feasible and simpler
