Mobile Claw Trim Service Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please review and agree to the following terms before confirming your reservation for a mobile claw trim service:
Deposit and Payment Policy
- A full deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable once the request has been accepted.
- The deposit secures your appointment and ensures our availability for your selected time.
Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional fees.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $49.
No-Show Policy
- If our groomer(s) arrive at the scheduled appointment and no one is available to provide access to the residence, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
- In the case of a no-show, the full deposit will be forfeited as compensation for the reserved time and travel expenses.
Accessibility and Cat Behavior
- It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure the cat is accessible and prepared for the service at the scheduled time.
- If our groomer(s) arrive at the residence and are unable to complete the trim due to the cat’s behavior (e.g., hiding, aggression, or inaccessibility), a rescheduling fee of $99 will apply.
Service Completion
While we strive to provide the highest level of care and professionalism, the safety of your cat and our team is our top priority. If a service cannot be completed due to safety concerns, we will work with you to reschedule or explore alternative solutions.
