Please Acknowledge the Flea Treatment Policy*

Flea Treatment: All cats must be on flea treatment while with us, such as Advantage or Revolution. Please bring in proof of flea treatment such as packaging, product, or receipt, or we will apply flea treatment at check in.

Food Restriction / Anorexia*

Food restriction / Anorexia is a behavior in which some cats engage when there is a change in their routine and/or environment. Refusing to eat is hard on the body and can lead to significant medical issues. We respond proactively with appropriate interventions including supporting a cat's physical health until they resume eating normally again. A smorgasbord of treats, wet food, and meat puree is often sufficient to encourage kitty to resume eating. Administration of subcutaneous fluids can treat and prevent dehydration. Manual feeding is also a method used to sustain kitty and encourage normal food intake. When the previous interventions fail, a veterinarian will usually prescribe an anti-nauseant, anti-anxiety, and/or appetite stimulant. Any fees incurred will be paid by cat owner at checkout. Health | Communicable Illnesses*

We cannot accept cats for boarding with communicable illnesses such as ringworm and upper respiratory infections (flus and colds).

My cat(s) is free of contagious illnesses. I understand if my cat is found to be experiencing a contagious illness, my boarding reservation will be rejected and/or cancelled.

Pack Cat Food and Medications for Boarding*

Please remember to pack cat food, and medications, if any. We provide everything else so you can feel comfortable packing lightly.

Please pack along what your cat(s) are used to eating. We will feed them their usual food while they are with us.

Day Count | Early Returns | Minimum Fees, Holiday Fees, & Peak Fees | Non-Refundable Deposit*

We charge by the day, billing for each day a reservation includes, with no credits or refunds for early returns. The minimum boarding fee is equivalent to the cost of three days at the reserved room rate during non-peak dates, and a minimum of 5 days during peak dates. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated boarding fees will be charged to the provided credit card. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable; any cancellation forfeits the entire deposit. Remaining estimated fees are billed at check-in, while upgrades and incidentals are billed at check-out. We require a credit card at the time of reservation and will charge the 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of your request. No-shows must pay the full amount for the entire scheduled reservation. For peak date range cancellations, the non-refundable deposit is 75% of the estimated boarding fees. Your credit card will be billed 75% of the estimated fees for reservations during holidays recognized by Cats in the City. Any peak date cancellation forfeits the entire non-refundable deposit, which cannot be refunded or transferred. Peak Date Rates increase base boarding rates by 10%. Reservations created and canceled on the same day will incur a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and merchant processing costs.*
