Cat boarding and daycare policies:
Many suites are full-sized, private bedrooms, just like what your cat has at home. Some bedrooms can accommodate 3 to 5 cats from the same family/household.
Co-mingling: We do not co-mingle cats from separate households. Although you can give us permission to allow your cat to socialize with other cats.
Boarding Deposit / Cancellation Policy: A two-day minimum at the room rate reserved applies to all reservations. Holidays are charged above the usual fee.
Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations made within two-weeks (fourteen days) of the start of scheduled boarding for a recognized holiday owe 50% of the scheduled boarding service fees at the time of reservation.
Fee schedule: Fees are charged similar to a hotel such that if your cat stays beyond morning check out then the daily fee is incurred.
All medical bills, grooming fees, and damage fees are the responsibility of the pet owner.
Forms of payments accepted: We accept all major forms of payment including cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks.
No Shows — Canceling without notice makes you responsible for the full cost of the reservation invoice. Please note there are no credits or refunds for coming home early.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in and check-out are by appointment only. It is important you are on time or within five minutes of your scheduled arrival and departure.
Sunday check-in and checkout is at a $50 after hours fee. You schedule a time to checkout, and we are happy to oblige! On Sundays, if you miss your scheduled checkout time, you will have to reschedule another checkout time on Sunday for an additional $50 fee, or schedule checkout for another day. WE CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU ON SUNDAYS IF YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULED CHECKOUT TIME.
What to bring:
Please bring your cat’s usual diet and any medication he or she requires. Please bring your cat in a carrier.
We provide beds, blankets, and pillows for your cat to slumber on. We also provide World’s Best Cat Litter, which is a corn-based clumping litter.
What to do before arrival:
Fleas: All cats must be on a flea treatment protocol. If your cat is found to have fleas after arrival then you are subject to the cost of a vet approved flea treatment protocol, flea bath, etc. We cannot have cats in our care with live fleas.
Vaccinations: Cats must be current on the FVRCPC (distemper combo) and rabies vaccinations unless a waiver is provided. We know some pets aren’t vaccinated for various reasons. Each situation will be considered individually.
Spaying and neutering: All cats must be altered unless younger than six months of age.
Litter: We exclusively use all natural, dust-free litter. If your cat is picky about his / her particular brand of litter, please feel free to bring your usual litter to check-In.
Monthly Boarding Fees and Cancellations
Payment in full for the first month of boarding is due at the time you make a reservation for one month or longer and said payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We take great care and incur expense in securing a luxurious room for a month or longer for your cat. You may cancel your reservation at any time; however, the cost and expense we incurred securing a room for your cat for a month or longer is immediate and therefore the fee for the first month of boarding is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
